Equitable Breast Health
Saves Lives
We remove barriers so women can access early detection, timely care, and a real chance to survive breast cancer
Too many women die from breast cancer not because it is unbeatable, but because preventable barriers delay care. Survival should never depend on culture, location, or income.
We are committed to transforming breast cancer outcomes for women most at risk of being underserved, overlooked, or left behind.
Through culturally informed education, early detection advocacy, patient navigation, and practical support, we work across Australia and globally to ensure no woman faces breast cancer alone.

Our Founder
Our founder, Benita Omewu, grew up in Nigeria where access to breast health services was limited. Later, working as a radiographer and mammographer in Australia, she witnessed women from migrant and culturally diverse communities experience delayed diagnosis and fragmented care despite the availability of services.
Across both settings, the pattern was the same. When systems are not designed to meet women where they are, outcomes suffer.
Rose Breast Health was created to ensure early detection, timely care, and support are not a privilege, but a right.

"I have seen women left behind even when care exists. I founded Rose Breast Health to bridge that gap and give every woman a real chance to survive."
