Why the place a woman lives and the barriers she faces still determine who survives breast cancer.
Breast cancer affects women across all communities. Yet many women continue to be diagnosed later and experience poorer outcomes because of social, cultural, financial, and system barriers that limit their ability to access care early.
Rose Breast Health works alongside communities to improve understanding of breast health, support early help seeking, and guide women through care pathways in ways that are culturally respectful and practical.
Women feel informed and supported to seek care earlier.
Participation in screening and follow up increases.
Navigation through diagnosis and treatment becomes clearer and less overwhelming.
Earlier detection leads to better survival. Families experience less distress. Communities build trust in health systems designed to serve them.
